I first came to CPC when I was 15. My pregnancy test was positive. My boyfriend wasn’t real supportive, and so my mom came with me sometimes for the Earn While You Learn Points Program. The ladies were very loving and supportive. I only did the program for about 6 months and got busy with other stuff so I stopped going, but I had gotten a lot of stuff I needed for my baby. About two years later I went again to CPC because I thought I was pregnant. My test was positive, and this time I was not happy at all to be pregnant and had an abortion. The ladies were still very loving. I didn’t see them until about two years later when I became pregnant again. I knew I would not ever have another abortion. I did a bible dvd series and learned more about Jesus and His love for me. I also did the parenting course. Through this I earned a crib, bassinet, maternity & baby clothes, diapers, and all kinds of other stuff. The ladies at CPC always have smiles and hugs and encouraging words for me. They’ve never judged me for being pregnant at 15, having an abortion, and getting pregnant a third time while still not married. They’ve taken my phone calls and met with me even when I didn’t have an appointment, but just needed help. They’ve helped me through hard times with my boyfriend and encouraged me through the terrible 2’s of one child and exhausting colicky times with another. They’ve respected me in every way and showered my children with love. I don’t really like to talk about my abortion because I wish it never happened, but on the occasion that I’ve brought it up, they just listen. And they pray for me.

When I became pregnant, I was scared and felt alone. The father of my child had abandoned us. I was left to financially support my baby without any help. At this point in my life I was struggling with depression. The depression almost drove me to get an abortion. I am truly grateful I found Caring Pregnancy Center. The women there were all so kind to me. They helped me through my depression by leading me back to God. They gave me emotional support that I could not find elsewhere. Because of their love for me, I chose not to abort my baby. It was the best decision I ever made. Through their program I was provided with maternity & baby clothes, diapers, blankets and furniture for my baby. I also had the opportunity to meet other women who were in the same situation that I was. I hold the women at CPC close to my heart. Without them I would not be where I am today. I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter, and I love being a mother!

I now live independently and support my child but still stop by the center, and every time I walk through the doors a big smile and warm hug are always waiting for me there!

I came to CPC for a pregnancy test, and have received support on numerous levels for nearly 3 years ~ spiritually, emotionally and for the material things I need. Without the help they provide I wouldn’t even be able to provide diapers for my son. Through their program I’ve earned a crib, bassinet, swing, clothes, changing table, diapers, wipes, and other things. CPC has been a true blessing to my son & I.

My wife & I were helped greatly by CPC. We were going to be new parents, and the center provided us with clothes, diapers, bottles, bibs, a crib, bassinet, swing and much other stuff, even toys. These provisions helped to make us feel more prepared, as scared new parents-to-be, to bring our new baby into the world.

Not only did we receive material provisions, but we were also encouraged by the selflessness of the women who work there. They gave their time & energy counseling us and teaching us about Jesus. All of this was done to ensure that we would be successful parents.

I am incredibly grateful for the counsel and guidance provided to me by the ladies at Caring Pregnancy Center. I had a positive pregnancy test and they provided me with paperwork so I could apply for pregnancy health coverage through the state before my 1st OB appointment, therefore I was covered from the very start of my pregnancy so my baby and I could receive immediate care without the stress or inability to pay hospital/Dr.’s co-pays.

The services that CPC has provided me have not been offered through any other type of program in our community. I greatly appreciate and enjoy the environment they have established. I received maternity & baby clothes, diapers, wipes and so on through their program. Best of all, I have formed friendships with local women that are there to offer support and comfort through my pregnancy.

I was new to the area when I learned about Caring Pregnancy Center. I was 18, newly married and 6 months pregnant. I was terrified, and the only friend I had was my husband. We were homeless and had nothing to give but love. When we found out we were expecting, it was extremely stressful for both of us. I had nothing to offer my child, and not a soul to help me ~ until I met the ladies at CPC.

We wouldn’t have been able to provide a healthy environment, let alone a crib, clothes, diapers, pacifiers, warm blankets, stroller, swing, teething rings, toys, etc., if it wasn’t for CPC! I have the healthiest baby possible because of the support I received from the ladies at CPC and because of the services they are able to offer, and the help they provided in directing us to other necessary resources.
